Service Technicians
We are looking for the following skills:
- Diagnostic ability: Can troubleshoot compressors, fan motors, relays, and control boards efficiently.
- System performance evaluation: Understands airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant pressures.
- Electrical literacy: Reads wiring diagrams and performs safe live-voltage testing.
- Communication: Clearly explains findings and options to homeowners in plain language.
- Digital fluency: Comfortable using Housecall Pro or similar field software for estimates, notes, and photos.
Additional requirements
- Can safely lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 20 ft.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, and outdoors year-round.
- Preferred but not required:
- NATE Certification (Service Specialty).
- R-410A handling experience.
- Basic plumbing or electrical cross-training.
- Experience with maintenance plan sales or IAQ solutions.
